The Zgierz Trade Fair halls are located at ul. Fr.. Jerzy Popieluszko 2 in Zgierz in the very center of the city. In the first quarter of 2016, a thorough modernization of the facility was planned, which now serves as a modern commercial and service facility. In the immediate vicinity there is a Tesco supermarket, McDonald's, various shops, offices and schools. Very good transport accessibility is ensured by the close proximity of the DK 1 national road and numerous bus routes covering the area of Zgierz and the surrounding area as well as the Łódź agglomeration.
The main tenants of Trade Fair are chain stores of well-known brands: MediaExpert, Hebe and a pharmacy. A cash machine completes the offer.
Several dozen parking spaces located next to the facility have been designed for customers. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
